Update

We had our midwife appointment today and still no dilation...my cervix is a trouble maker.  We go back next Wednesday to see if there is any progress.

    for what it's worth, i didn't have any internal checks until 39w6d (when midwife said i was 3cm), so don't worry about progress or not- it could happen all of a sudden!
